Following the success of our 5 Peaks Challenge in 2023 - where colleagues from across the Group raised £42,000 for four nominated charities - we knew that when the next opportunity came along,we’d go even bigger.
Inspired by WaterAid’s 2026 MunroChallenge, we’ve taken the concept and expanded it - because at EPS Group, we don’t just take part. We raise the bar.
A Munro is any mountain over 914.4m.
So our EPS Group twist? We’re taking on every peak across the UK and Ireland above 915m - all in one epic, three-day challenge.
Across Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales, colleagues from EPS, EPS Water UK, DPS, IPP, Pedrollo Distribution, Ferrier Pumps, Craigs and Flowmech will unite to climb over 40 peaks (aiming for 43) in just three days.
This isn’t just about mountains.
It’s about bringing our Group together - strengthening cross-company relationships, building lasting connections and rallying behind a shared goal that makes a real difference to charities and causes close to our hearts.
From Lugnaquilla to the Glenshee 9.
From Scafell Pike to Snowdon.
From Carrauntoohil to Lochnagar.

We conquered 5 peaks in 48 hours.
Now we’re adding another 38!
This is undoubtedly our most ambitious fundraising and team-building event to date.
A Munro is any mountain over 914.4 metres. Our challenge? To climb every peak across the UK and Ireland above 915 metres - all within three days.
From June 5th to 7th, 2026, teams drawn from across our Group companies - EPS, EPS UK, DPS, IPP, Pedrollo Distribution, Ferrier Pumps, Craigs and Flowmech - will take on 44 peaks acrossfour nations.
Led by Gareth Wilson of DPS, the Irish team will tackle 13 Munros over three days, including:
● Lugnaquilla
● Galtymore
● Carrauntoohil & the MacGillycuddy Reeks
● Mount Brandon
Led by David McIntosh of Ferrier Pumps, four Scottish teams will take on a formidable series of Munros including:
● Meall Ghaordaidh & Ben Lawers
● Lochnagar & Carn A’Choire Bhoideach
● The demanding Glenshee 9
Led by Kevin Davey of Pedrollo Distribution and Henry Piggin from Flowmech, teams will cover:
● Scafell Pike, Scafell & Ill Crag
● The Carneddau Traverse
● The Snowdon Massif
This challenge isn’t just about climbing mountains - it’s about creating meaningful change.
Every metre climbed and every peak summited is driven by a shared goal: to raise vital funds for charities and causes that matter deeply to our people and our communities.
From access to clean water and sanitation, to local community initiatives and essential support services, the funds raised through the 40 Peaks for 40 Grand Challenge will make a tangible difference.
